DAYTON BUSINESS JOURNAL: VANDALIA MEDICAL MANUFACTURING SITE CRITICAL TO NEW TEXAS OWNER

The Dayton Business Journal published a new article about Coorstek Medical: Vandalia medical manufacturing site critical to new Texas owner. Below are some excerpts from the article.

Fort Worth, Texas-based CoorsTek Medical quietly acquired the medical device manufacturer, known until recently as IMDS, in late 2013. However, it has since pumped more than $1 million into new equipment here and launched multiple product lines from the plant.

"Jonathan Coors is CEO of CoorsTek Medical, among the largest manufacturers in the industry, producing more than 1 million medical components in a typical year. A 5th generation member of the famous beer family, Coors was in town this week celebrating the final transition from IMDS to CoorsTek and I got to speak to him Wednesday morning."

Coorstek Medical is proud to makes its debut and excited to start aggregating great press pieces such as this. To read the full article and interview with Jonathan, visit bizjournals.com
